1. Handloom & Artisan Craftsmanship Disclaimer

Most sarees displayed on our website are 100% authentic, hand-woven or hand-embroidered by rural Bengal master artisans (including Dhakai Jamdani, Swarnachari, Baluchari, and Nakshi Kantha).

• Minor slubs, slight unevenness in weave texture, or subtle variations in hand-block print motif alignments are the defining beauty of genuine handloom weaving and are not considered manufacturing defects.
• Each piece is unique, reflecting the touch of the individual artisan who created it.

2. Color Representation

We photograph our sarees under true ambient studio lighting to present the most accurate colors possible. However, due to natural digital sensor variations and differences in mobile or monitor screen calibrations, minor 5–10% shade differences may occur. We encourage customers to request a live WhatsApp video call to view the drape in real-time.

3. Pricing & Order Confirmation

• All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to stock availability.
• An order is considered confirmed only after stock availability is checked by our team and full payment is received via our official bank account or UPI QR code.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, illustrations, brand emblems, logos, Bengali text, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Nahannote Boutique. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial misuse without written consent is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising in connection with the purchase or services of Nahannote Boutique shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
